ULCS Tuition Information - 2023-2024


Application Fee: $60 per child: The application fee is due at the time of application

Administrative Fee: $400 per student. This is an annual fee for each student that defrays the cost of books, supplies and technology. (Returning students are automatically enrolled for next year and billed a discounted administrative fee of $350, unless they notify the school in writing by April 1.)

Athletic Fee: $80.00 per sport with a maximum of $175 per family per sport. This is only for students who choose to participate in the athletic program to defray the cost of transportation, equipment and professional referees.

Tuition Schedule

             Full year tuition (K through 12th) - $7,600.00

Tuition Discounts:
             Multiple child discount – 1st child – full tuition
             2nd child – 10% discount
             3rd child – 20% discount

You may apply for financial aid after your acceptance. Look for the FACTS button at the bottom of each page. Financial aid is awarded on a first come, first served basis for enrolled students who apply early.   

Payment Options:

Full payment of tuition by August 4th. This payment will be made directly to the school and will entitle you to a $200 tuition discount. Full payment of tuition by August 25th will result in a $100 tuition discount.

Quarterly payments through FACTS made in Sept, Dec, March & June. There is a $50.00 processing fee payable to FACTS for this type of payment. 

Automatic monthly payments through the FACTS Payment Plan: Payments can be made over a 10 or 12-month period with payments starting in July or September.  Payments can be made on either the 5th or the 20th of the month. There will be a $50.00 fee to make your payments through FACTS in this manner.  Returned payment fee is $30.

Pre-authorized credit card payments through FACTS.

Invoice Option – FACTS will mail invoices on the 10th of the month with payment due to FACTS by the 1st of the following month.  If the payment is not received by the 10th a late fee of $25 will be assessed.  Returned check fees are $30 and will be invoiced.  There is a $50.00 processing fee payable to FACTS for this method of payment.
