Eagles Run 2024
The 7th annual Eagle Run 5K on May 18, 2024 was a big success! Our beloved Eagle started off the day leading the younger kids on a fun run. Each child happily received a coupon for an ice cream cone at the end of the race.
Next, runners and walkers lined up for the 5K. There were 134 participants, including elementary students, senior citizens, and everyone in between. Over 30 ULCS students finished the race, along with at least 6 staff members and numerous parents.
It was a beautiful day. Besides the race, people played games, listened to music provided by the Sound of Life Radio, ate delicious breakfast sandwiches made by talented volunteers, and enjoyed talking with their friends and neighbors.
